ผมเจอ Ruby จากการแนะนำของเพื่อน และจากการดู Video สาธิตการพัฒนาโปรแกรมบน Rails Framework บอกตามตรงว่าตอนแรกไม่ได้สนใจ Ruby เลยเพราะมัวแต่ไปสนใจ Rails แต่พอได้ลงมาดูตัว Ruby จริงๆ ผมพบว่ามันเป็นภาษาที่เหมือนภาษาพูด อ่านง่าย ทำให้เรียนรู้ได้เร็ว ไม่รู้ว่าเพราะคนคิดค้นภาษานี้เป็นชาวญี่ปุ่น ภาษาอังกฤษในโปรแกรมเลยเป็นแบบตรงไปตรงมา เวลาอ่านโค๊ดแล้วแอบอมยิ้ม เลยครับ

คนที่มีพื้นฐานภาษาอื่นมาแล้ว การเรียน Ruby ไม่ใช่เรื่องยากครับ เพราะ Ruby มีสิ่งที่เราคุ้นเคยอยู่ครบ ทั้ง String, Integer, Floating-point, Array, Boolean รวมไปถึงพวก Loop ต่างๆ ไม่ได้ต่างจากภาษาอื่นเลย ขอให้สนุกกับการเขียน Ruby นะครับ
